| Public Meeting & Councillor Open Surgery Dates for 2008 |

Villagers are encouraged to attend Public Meetings. These are an opportunity to hear of issues affecting our village. At the end of each session the Parish Council Meeting is suspended to allow Villagers (Local Government Electors) to speak on items on the Agenda and of local importance. From August 2008 Councillors will hold Open Surgeries on a monthly basis where villagers can discuss matters of concern in confidence. Public Meetings are at 8.00pm on Thursdays. Surgeries are 5.30pm - 7.00pm on the first Monday of the Month. Planning Meetings are also open to the Public. Times for these vary so check with Parish Office before attending. |

Planning Meetings are also open to the Public.
* Denotes that where there is a three week gap between
planning meetings an additional meeting may be required.
Madeleine will be in the Parish Office Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and Sally Tuesdays and Fridays. Office will be open daily 10.00 until 2.00.
Litter picks are the first Saturday of every month at 9.00 at the Village Hall.
